SHIPPING:

Domestic Shipping:

We offer a flat $4 shipping rate for orders under $50. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. USPS/UPS delivers within 3-8 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our distribution center. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Three Rivers, Michigan. 

FREE Shipping:

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

International Shipping:

We now ship worldwide! Delivery times and cost vary by weight and location. 

APO/FPO:

We can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.  

Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All sales final except for manufacturer defects.

  • Return authorization is requested within 30 days of original purchase date on crossoversox.com
  • Sox are in new, unwashed, unworn, condition and in original, unopened packaging.
  • Pictures of items condition may, at the discretion of Crossover Sox, be requested prior to issuance of a return authorization.
  • Crossover Sox does not offer exchanges.

Return Procedure for Defects Items:

  • Email support@crossoversox.com and request a return authorization by providing your order # and reason for the return. Please include pictures of the defective item(s).
  • You will receive an email from support@crossoversox.com with a determination if the defective item(s) is to be returned. If so, Crossover Sox will pay return shipping. Depending on defect, we may only require photos for the return.
  • An email will be automatically generated and sent to you confirming the refund to your original source of payment.
  • If item needs to be returned, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days of the receipt of the returned item. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note: It can take several business days for your credit card and/or bank to post credits.

Shipping mistakes on the part of Crossover Sox

In the case that you receive an item(s) that do not match your original order, these will be considered to be the fault of Crossover Sox and will be refunded 100%.

  • Please include photos of the items you received so we can verify the shipping mistake.
  • You will receive a 100% refund on the items that were sent to you by mistake.
